Kimberly brings more than fifteen years of experience in strategic communications, personal branding, reputation management, and leadership development. Her career includes various leadership roles with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where she dedicated herself to one consistent pursuit: helping people and programs reach their full potential — bringing clarity to how individuals and institutions show up, communicate, and build trust. She was recognized with two Medals of Excellence for her contributions during her tenure.
Kimberly's worldview was further deepened during her time living and working overseas in West Africa. That experience opened her eyes to a different relationship with time, rest, and community — and introduced her to a way of life where what happened outside of the office mattered just as much as what happened inside it. That shift never left her.
Soft Girl Summer Camp is the natural extension of that work. Having spent her career helping others communicate their value and lead with clarity, Kimberly turned that same lens inward — and found that rest and boundaries were skills she had to learn just like everyone else. SGSC is where her professional expertise and personal journey meet.
She holds a master's degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Denver, a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Virginia State University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
